Daniel White is a principal at Ernst & Young in the Transactional Tax practice; specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, partnerships and joint ventures, and U.S. taxation of international transactions. His clients vary from large public corporations to start-up companies, as well as venture capital, private equity and real estate investment funds.
He previously taught advanced corporate taxation for 10 years in the Masters in Tax (LLM) program at Washington University School of Law. Dan also serves as a Director at Casa de Salud, an organization that delivers high quality clinical and mental health services for uninsured and underinsured patients, focusing on new immigrants and refugees who encounter barriers to accessing other sources of care.
He graduated from Duke University with an AB in Public Policy Studies, and holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
