Daniel White is a principal at Ernst & Young in the Transactional Tax practice; specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, partnerships and joint ventures, and U.S. taxation of international transactions. His clients vary from large public corporations to start-up companies, as well as venture capital, private equity and real estate investment funds.
He was previously a partner at the global law firm Bryan Cave and taught advanced corporate taxation for 10 years in the Masters in Tax (LLM) program at Washington University School of Law. Additionally Dan was a founding board member of Casa de Salud, an organization that delivers high quality clinical and mental health services for uninsured and underinsured patients, and was a commissioner on the board of St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
He graduated from Duke University with an AB in Public Policy Studies, and holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
